« La propriété fut jadis un bel endroit, malheureusement elle est laissée à l'abandon depuis quelques années. Les photos ne correspondent plus à la réalité. Fissures présentes, piscine désuète, lit brisé, draps sales et non changés, lavabo fuyant, moisissure dans certaines pièces et portes qui ne barrent pas. »

« Only the main house is usable, the shed (a separate room with a double and bunk beds) smells like a subtropical forest has grown inside. The main house it's okay for the price, nothing fancy, good for three people, washroom kitchen and two rooms. The TV needs and upgrade, they have a 25 years old 20 inches LG Tv (probably the first smart tv ever) apps wont work anymore, even youtube is almost unusable ( the 5mbps wifi conection wont help as well). Overall won't stay there for more than a couple...

« The host, check-in process and communication all were incredibly welcoming, the rooms were spotless, very clean and luxurious, the neighbhood is very safe and quiet and its central Bancroft location so it was perfect for exploring the city. I highly recommend it for a premium, stress-free getaway. »
