'De ligging aan het water was prachtig. Het huisje was in slechte staat, alles was scheef en beschadigd en het zag er vies uit. Het maakt niet uit als iets oud is, als het maar onderhouden en schoon is. Als je over de lichtschakelaars in de badkamer heen gaat verven laat dat zien dat je als eigenaar niet heel veel meer om de locatie geeft.'

'Nice little spot to relax and unwind . This is our second time and we loved it . Outdoor pool , indoor pool and spa and the lake , all there … so lovely. Quaint room, good food , we were very happy . Would highly recommend for a couples getaway ! Staff were all excellent and helpful ! Donna B'

The room was clean and well stocked but showed its age. there is a much better option 10 minutes up the road for almost half the price. There are no extra amenities to speak of . Basically, there are only 2 options within the village and thus, this one is overpriced. Stay in Haliburton or Bracebridge instead.'

'Very nice place to relax! This hotel has all the small details such as nice bathrobes and delicious soap and lotions, cost rooms and spa options. 'Our room was pretty basic. No balcony, no view. We were disappointed because the pictures were misleading. The air conditioner was noisy and we couldn't turn it down, so we just turned it off. 'We were with a party of 5 and booked a 2 bedroom appartment at Silver Springs Cottage. We were very excited to go there, and our stay was ok, but the rooms were very small and we did not have much space to walk around. The cleanliness of the rooms could have been a little better aswell. '

'Amazing hospitality and friendly service! Went above and beyond for being accommodating. They have an on-site store in which has an assortment of freeze dried goods, meats, bath and body, candles, gems, honey, and fishing gear. They have friendly doggos which is a good selling point. It's a cute little cabin that's off-grid, but with Wi-Fi. The only feedback we have is to have the fridge on before your guests arrive, but otherwise it was a wonderful experience and we shall be back someday!...

'Had an amazing stay! Place was simple, very clean. Amazing host. Very responsive. Beach area is incredible. Sunsets are breath taking. Having access to a canoe and kayaks made our trip that much more special. Easy to find and amenities are very close by.'
