'Nothing to like. Neither elevator worked. Ice machines were not working, I tried 3 floors by stairs (due to elevator problems) Unsuccessfully Door to bathroom had to fist on it, not repaired. Breakfast was cold only, and limited at best. Pool closed Exercise room closed. Waterpark closed I felt bad for the young fellow on the Front Desk. He tried his best to help, but the circumstances against him were overwhelming. Priced low, but the only reason I booked there was Expedia seemed to...

'Very few amenities, snack bar closed the whole time. Took about half an hour at 10 pm when kids were exhausted to check in. Very slow staff and not very apologetic. Laser show nearby was only plus. Otherwise would recommend to find another hotel.'

'Staff was awesome. Rooms were meh, our first room the toilet wouldn’t work. They provided a plunger but that didn’t fix the issue. Carpets were gross, dirty feet after walking on it. Shower curtain was falling off and the shower head half worked.'

'The hotel was renovating, I really wish that hotels would mention renovation in the description. At first, we were given a room next to the renovation and the lady at the desk said they were only busy for a couple of hours that day. Since we booked for a few nights, and the renovation would continue the next day, we asked for a different room as far as possible from the noise. Luckily there was a room available where the noise could not be heard. Rooms were comfy and clean, Breakfast was amazing...

'Very well priced 3 bedroom. The host responded promptly and was very helpful. They left all of the necessities for a long weekend - coffee, ziplock bags, soap, etc. The beds were very comfortable. The house was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.'

'We used this small and cozy house as our"home base" to celebrate christmas with our out of town family. Bruce was very receptive and allowed us to extend our checkout time. The house itself was comfortable, he did a great job renovating it. It met our basic needs. We are used to staying at VRBOs that really spoil their guests, but I think Bruce can easily become a 5 star host if he employs a ' woman's touch' to address those small details that were lacking.'
