'The house itself is in a great location. The back yard, pool, porch and overall size of the house was perfect for what we were looking for. The washer and dryer were extremely convenient and the more open floor plan make it very comfortable for large groups. We loved the large kitchen and spent a lot of our time on the porch. 'This property is great for a family get away. The pool was clean and a huge hit with the kids! Location is great if you plan on hanging at the boardwalk. Lots of great restaurants nearby as well! '

'Check in was very simple. Annette knew we would be arriving after dark so she was so thoughtful to leave outside lights on for us as well and inside lights too. Annette was very quick to answer answer that I had. The house was very clean as others had stated. The neighborhood was very quiet and the neighbors we all so friendly.
