'The condo was very clean. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash were provided. They had dishes for us to use, but we didn’t use any of them. Beach view was great!!!'

'The whole apartment was clean fresh..,the decor was lovely blue is my favorite color…kitchen was stocked with essentials..there is no oven but a stove top… The bedroom was comfortable and big with a patio to sit outside…there is no view other than the apartment building.. Location was perfect walking to the beach was less than 10mins pleasure pier right across the street I most definitely will be back if available in June for my grandson bday weekend'

'Perfect distance to the beach and Pleasure Pier! Great for me and my 3 girls!'

'This place was perfect if you are the avid explorer and lover of all things historic and downtown. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything including spices should you decide to stay in and cook, also. We stayed for 5 days with our dog and 6 month old, and it was soooo nice and quiet. You’d never even know this spot is in the heart of downtown. The bed is soft, but very comfy. We also appreciated the large bathroom and extra towels that were provided. The host was extremely quick in...

'What a stunning place that is exactly as advertised, we would not have been able to afford the trip otherwise. In a world with overstated products and insane pricing this place was a breath of fresh air. Exactly as advertised, clean, thoughtfully prepared and stocked. We had a wonderful time and felt very much at home. Great quiet family atmosphere.'

'Every was perfect except the front desk person was extremely rude..'

'The place was amazing for the price! If I had to be picky, the property was unkept/overgrown and the room had a funny smell. Clean and had plenty of room and amenities. Bed was comfy and I can appreciate that more than anything.'

'Beach was so close!'

'The condo was perfect for our family getaway! The proximity to the beach was ideal and made our trip so enjoyable, despite it being a busy holiday weekend. Our two boys loved the bunkbeds and the sofa bed was perfect for hanging out to watch a movie and play games in the evenings. It was a perfect cozy getaway for our family!'

'Coffee cups too small and flatware was cheap. Beautiful view from second balcony. Sleeper was uncomfortable. It was a sofa with trundle pull out that was an extension of the sofa.'

'I do not recommend this rental for the price, It smelled like mold, very musky, the listing on Virbo stated “laundry”, but there was no place to wash clothes ((traveled with children @ the beach!)), holes in the wall, paint chipped on the walls, the PVC pipe leaked constantly in the shower celling. While taking a shower, cold water dripped on me, and an elevator was broken. We tried to carry luggage up the stairs, my daughter cut her leg and was bleeding, so I called the front desk and they...

'The property was EXACTLY as pictured! It was perfect for us! The owner sent an email a couple of days before and it had ALL of the info we needed on it. The ONLY drawback…are you ready for this? The ONLY thing missing was a pizza pan! 😂😂. The condo had everything else we needed. My granddaughter fell in love with the bunk beds. The view from the balcony was spectacular and we enjoyed playing cards out there. We WILL be back for sure!'

'This place is the perfect place for family connection or peaceful restoration. The location is perfect and there is a beautiful view of the pool and just past that is the ocean. It is a great escape and well-equipped with the essentials for whatever length of stay you have. I already have my next stay booked. Thank you Frank and Nancy for sharing your paradise!'

'Great value for cruisers, she’s a great communicator:)'
