'The room is filthy, there's black mold in the tub, the carpets were dirty, only one light worked, the other didnt have a light bulb and the other flickered on and off and the TV service was horrible and the phone didnt work! Oh and not to mention says book for 2 queen beds and they're full beds!!'

'after check in we tried to shower and there was no hot water available in the bathroom. even after letting the water run for 10 minutes the temperature was the same. I asked the desk clerk about it and there was little to no reaction or any action to inspect the issue or call a maintenance person to correct the issue. wont be coming back to this hotel. '

'Beds where very comfortable, but I got a worn out card key and a used key card sleeve, which that wasn't to terrible bad, the roaches on the bathroom is what made the experience not so great!'

'Office was closed ,The ladie that was working the front desk had an attitude, like she was being bother by the customer getting yhe room she had dogs inside the office, the room was dirty, the furniture was real old , the sheets old and dirty, the TV remote had no batteries on it, the toilet was plugged.. its was horrible I would never book a room any more there ..'

'We arrived to the place around 9 pm and the office doors were locked. You have to ring the bell, she took forever and the place was so dark. When she finally got to the office the clerk was in such as very bad mood. Expedia said breakfast included, but when I asked about breakfast hours she said there's no breakfast.'

'Front office didn’t have nobody there. Had to call and wait for someone to arrive. Got to the room and didn’t have towels. Had to call again and wait for them to come back. Asleep next morning at 8am an employee just opens the room and starts to enter. Horrible experience.'
