« Other than Expedia failing to make the reservation they said they had done it was fine. EXPEDIA should put a phone number on their site to contact rather than hiding it on the receipt. Not happy with Expedia. »

« Cleanest room and bathroom I've ever seen. Nice furnishings - not fancy, but comfortable and in good taste. Blackout curtains worked great as did the A/C. Nice to have access to coffee in the room and in the lobby 24/7. Location at the corner of an off ramp and increasingly busy street makes it noisy. « We had reserved 2 rooms for 2 days but had to cancel one room for each day with Expedia and through Algotels. Expedia refunded one room. We had no issues with Quality Inn, the manager called us at home trying to help with the cancelation and ensure we had the same remaining room both nights. When we arrived we learned algotels canceled our whole reservation and Quality Inn staff and I were on the phone for about 2 hours being hung up on several times and finally they were able to get the money...
