Kies je hotel in Forrest County

'The overall experience was quiet and peaceful and the scenery was nice. The only recommendation for improvement of sceneary would be to remove some of the trees for a clear view of the river from the porch. The cabin was decently clean and comfortable. The floors definitely needed better cleaning and the hot water for showers is scarce, it fluctuated back and forth from warm to ice cold within a couple minutes. Overall, we enjoyed the little getaway and look forward to another trip.'

'Nice kitchen setup, clean bathroom, sheets were soft and clean'

'The property needs to be renovated. The rooms look old & they smell. The bed was ok but I wouldn’t even sit on the couch or chair. The breakfast consisted of 2 cereals, muffins, toast, coffee & orange juice. The worst breakfast I have ever seen in a hotel. And if you didn’t get a cup of coffee by 9:00 it was gone. The only reason I stayed here it was the only room I could find during the hurricane evacuation. Would never recommend.'

'Good staff and decent room.'

'if you’re not picky, and you’re just looking for a place to spend a night, this hotel will do. But after driving all day, I like to spend the night in a place that feels welcoming. The front desk agent was not personable and seemed like they didn’t want to be there. The convenient side door entry and exit didn’t work, and when I informed her, she acted like she couldn’t care less. But the worst part was walking into a room that felt as cold and unwelcoming as a hospital room.'

'Clean rooms'

'Jeremy, the staff at check in, was very unprofessional. He was coming back from break or wherever and I had been waiting at one of the two desk to check in. First told me “over here honey”. He then acted with a high and mighty attitude and never told me anything about breakfast, gym and pool facilities, etc. the hotel was under a renovation so facilities were obviously not at there best understandably. For some reason our ice maker on the floor wasn’t working either. Might have been a better...

'Dirty and has roaches.'

'The staff was excellent they went over and above to help me and my husband. Everything was great!'
