'We like to stay here because it has always been clean, quiet and the price has always been good. As always the room was quiet and clean. Unfortunately I would use caution staying here, and advise not prepaying. I prepaid for the three night stay through Expedia, then the morning we went to check in I saw another charge from the hotel on my credit card. When I inquired about the charge the staff acknowledged that they could see I had prepaid with one card through Expedia and was charged...

'Prima hotel, zoals je zou verwachten. Alle faciliteiten aanwezig, zelfs een klein zwembad. Winkels en restaurants op loopafstand (al doet geen Amerikaan dat). Ik had een suite geboekt, prima kamer met veel ruimte en 2 TV's. De airco/heater was vrij lawaaiig wat een beetje hinderlijk was. Maar aangezien het erg koud was is daar begrip voor. Ontbijtbuffet was iedere ochtend prima verzorgd met ruime keus en verse producten. '

'everything was very nice and very clean. The staff was very helpful and the selection of snacks in the lobby for purchase was great. The only complaint I have is that the Air Conditioner rattled when it was on. It was a little annoying.'

'Room was a non-smoking room, but you could smell the smoke when you entered the room. Burn marks in carpet, burn marks on vanity, filthy, (did not feel comfortable walking on floor with bare feet), refrigerator all iced up and door pulled off some ice when we opened it. Parking lot had large pothole, standing water in which you needed to drive around. Our room was to the far end in which on only door we could enter was the main front door because on non-working card latch. Could smell someone...

'The place was decorated nicely. The issues that we had were, they had thin walls, the water pressure on the showers were very low and the TV worked on and off.'

'The place was super clean. Beds were comfortable. Location is convenient. Communication was not good with answers to questions. Loud noises kept us up at night. They say there is coffee but only decaf!!!'
