The condition of the house was unacceptable, unsanitary, unsafe, and completely different from what we expected when we paid for accommodations for seven people.The house was filthy and run-down, with dirty sheets and linens, not enough towels, bugs, filthy furniture, a broken TV, dirty cabinets and rusty refrigerator, bugs around the sink, disgusting shower...
