'Linda at front desk make our day the best my husband and i stay there because he have a amputation and Saturday dialysis ,our bathroom at home no finish yet so was few days for my husband only doing towel bath i noticed he getting to over thinking so i booked the room so he can take shower on Friday and Saturday he ho dialysis early moyfinish around time to chevk out he s he sweat a lot and a shower i ask linda to extend our check out and she did with out asking to much he was so happy to do...

'When we checked in the gentleman helping us was anything but a gentleman. He was rude and not helpful. When we said we didn't understand why if we were Hilton Honors members that we were not granted complimentary breakfast. He rudely informed us that we booked through a third party app and were not entitled to any Hilton Honors amenities. When I said we had been asked for our Hilton Honors number and had gotten communication from Hilton Honors.....he answered the same thing over and over....you...

'Bathtubs never drained from wate'

'We were only staying one night and there was 2 rooms. The beds were comfortable for one and hard for the other. The pillows were great, the continental breakfast lacked a few items and could be improved upon. They definitely need an elevator.'

'The property was neat and clean but in bad need of an update. Bathroom had cracked plaster and a stained old toilet. The tub surround was poorly fitted and the tub needed replaced. It worked for one night, but I won't be running right back my next trip through the area.'

'The new owners are definitely putting money back into the property the right way! Keep up with the upgrades you guys are bringing back a place that was rundown. Our room had new flooring, no more nasty carpets, new jacuzzi tub, new tile. It smelled sterile when we opened the door. The outdoor lounge areas are a nice touch for smokers.'

'The staff is wonderful. It is a comfort walking in after a long day at the hospital & being asked how my day was & how my family member was doing. Rooms are clean & the outside entrances makes coming & going throughout the day so easy. Also being able to open the windows is a huge plus.'

'Enjoyed our stay despite the toilet getting stopped up, the tv not working, and the AC dying. Except for the AC, everything was fixed quickly. Staff reacted in a friendly and cooperative manner. Karaoke in the Bistro was great fun. Chocolate martinis were amazing. We would happily stay here again. '
