« Staff was nice, and hotel was clean. The plumbing was the only iffy thing about the stay. The toilet wouldn't flush all the way, and the water took a while to drain out of the sink. The shower head had a white build up on it too. I didn't wake up in time for breakfast, so I didn't get a chance to try it. I would stay again with these things in mind. »

« I got to the hotel front door and it had been closed for 3 months as they were refurbishing the whole building. Nobody had told me about this during the reservation, which was prepaid by the way. It took me one hour and a half on the phone in 3 different languages to find out I needed to go to a hotel next door where my room was waiting. Nobody (Hotels.com nor the 2 hotels) had sent me a message to let me know the change. I was very tired when I got there and this precious lost time made me miss...
