« Hotel was clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. Had conversations and interactions with both Kathy and Heidi. They were fantastics. Will definitely stay here again. »

« Fantastic property! I love that the hotel connects to the casino. So much fun! »

« The property was dirty. When we first checked in, we were assigned a room that was already occupied. Once that was taken care of we left our bags in the new room and went out for the evening only to come back to find someone in our room. I’ve never experienced anything like this is would never stay here again. »

« The 2nd TV in the 'Suite' portion of our room did not work at all. There were large stains all over the carpet in our rooms - and even worse - visible on the side of the mattresses as the sheets were not tucked in all the way. The final breaking point was NO COFFEE in the morning. The coffee machine in the communal breakfast area was broken. The old-school percolator that they borrowed from the Holiday Inn across the parking lot also did not work. We will never stay again. »

« Nice, clean, affordable place. »

« Very clean with newer decor. Polite, friendly and helpful staff. Tasty self-serve breakfast with a variety of choices. Ample parking. »

« I liked that they had a little cafe in the motel. The food was good and the room was clean and confortable »

« The staff was nice. The bed was comfortable, however the rest of the toom was filthy. The toilet bowl was black and the shower was peeling There were cobwebs in hallways and the smell of Marijuana reeked throughout. The trash bin outside the middle entrance was heaping full with trash piled on top and all around. We will never stay there again. »

« If you tell customer breakfast is at 6:30 AM, that should happen! I paid for a breakfast that was not there- nothing, and no one was there! Only a 12 cup coffee maker for a hotel is an insult. You coffee sucks; your service sucks! You got mold growing above the shower! No phones in the room means no service if you have problems- or load guest at 2:39 am! »

« Super clean place to stay the manager or owner Getta very friendly and super helpful. Highly recommend staying here. »

« This place was perfect for our stay in Pittsburg. Close to everything. I loved the decor. »

« Very clean and cozy place. Stacy went above and beyond to make everything as easy and accommodating as possible. »

« Everything was perfect! »

« We were completely blown away when our host open the door to the loft. It was so "simply elegant" the personal touches were so effective in making it feel like home. I totally appreciate the host meeting us at the loft (which wasn't planned) and giving us a tour, explaining what they done and what the artifacts meant to her and family. The personal touch and not an app made us feel we made a new friend. Would we come back oh that's a big "YES" in fact the wife wanted to book the loft again 2...

« We were in town for a baseball tournament in Pittsburg. The house was cute and exactly as depicted in the description. It was clean. Communication with host was easy. I loved seeing the renovation pictures in the picture album. I do wish the fridge was bigger. And I did find about 5 windows that were unlocked. It feels like a safe area but you may want to double check the windows when staying there. Outside of those minor things, this was a great place to stay and we would book it again! »

« Host was very responsive and the home was a fun stay. The animals were awesome and very friendly! »

« Very clean, nicely furnished and decorated, very enjoyable. »
