'Upon arrival, we observed (a) the toilet exhaust was dysfunctional and could not login to WIFI. We could not contact VBRO (very disappointing). We left a voice mail for Helen's Cleaning Service (Phone contact on Fridge). Helen was very kind and passed our message to the owner. The owner phoned me and we sent her a picture and a video of the WIFI Modem. After a couple of hours, the owner messaged that Telstra conducted tests and requested us to check and report. 'We had a great family holiday in Greenhead. Fishing, swimming, snorkeling and sightseeing in and around this great seaside town. The holiday home was great, well appointed, everything you need for a week away. Would definitely visit again. '

'We were happy with the property, size, amenities and how easy the process was. However all kitchen item had to be cleaned a fry pan was filthy as if it hadn’t been cleaned at all. The bbq was the same before we could cook on it it had to be scrubbed cleaned. Outdoor table was ready for use either. As we paid a cleaning fee for property and cleaned up everything after our self I and my friends were very disappointed we had to do this on our holiday. Also the air con didn’t work either. 'We were very happy with the accomodation , the attention from the host, the kitchen etc. We used the barbecue, the theatre room, the television room. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t the best, but you can’t have everything. It is a big house with 4 bedrooms and there were 5 of us which was a nice fit, it is set up for 4 couples.
