'Our room had a leak from the upstairs unit over our unit over the toilet. My husband is a plumber and he knew it was a leak from the toilet upstairs and it was from dirty toilet water cause it leaked whenever they used the toilet. We were unable to move rooms as the hotel was booked. There was nothing they could do. They said they could look into a credit however when I attempted to talk to them again they didn't help. 'Over all the hotel was fine. Location is nice. The worst part of the experience was not having clean sheets. Upon arrival the bed sheets bad a brown stain on them. Staff were nice and made it right, so thank you to them. '

'The television doesn’t get the local channels ABC, CBS and NBC the bed was very hard and comfortable. The pillows were flat ruff nights sleep and when we woke in the morning they serve breakfast from 6 to 10 AM. We arrived at 8 AM. They had no eggs and said that one person ate all the eggs, and what they had left was only frozen sorry I will be calling corporate to tell them of the conditions of this particular hotel.'

'Booked thru Expedia at right under $200/2 nights. Check-in-went very smooth. The first room was dirty & this type of neglect is on purpose; to allow anyone but a cleaner to enter it, was offensive. 'The house was beautiful and the views were the best. We also rented the house right down the street so all our out of town and out of state families coming in town for our father’s funeral could be all together and it worked out perfectly.'

'The owners of this Boatel have clearly taken great pains to think of everything you might need for your stay. They are very helpful and communicative which was very appreciated. My girls had never been on this type of boat before and had a blast. There is plenty to do in the area and we found this to be a great landing spot for hiking in the state park or shopping in Bellevue or Savannah. '
