'We loved just about everything here. The only thing we would change is the fact that we couldn’t just exit the indoor park and go right to the outside park. You had to go up and clear around to get to it.'

'The gentleman who checked me in (close to midnight) was wonderful. We were exhausted from a delayed flight, and he made things so easy. We had a good experience overnight. When we went to shower ADA shower bench did not go up, and the toilet didn’t want to flush until we tried multiple times. When we went to breakfast the gentleman was just reading his newspaper instead of tending to the guests food. The milk was gone and when I asked him if we could get more, he huffed and had me get a cup...

'The bathroom smelt of mildew. The room was slightly less than what I expected from the pictures. I felt like for what the nightly fee was it should have been a little nicer.'

'We got there at 3 a.m. due to bad weather, the guy at front desk was really mad we probably woke him up. I had my kids with me, therefore had to request more towels and an extra blanket, they refused those.'

'Great value for the price! Any comments would be arbitrary, yet perhaps helpful for management. Beds and bedding were satisfactory (considering price!). Room for improvement. Bathroom soaps and shampoos were fabulous! Only one complaint - a coffee pot would have been enjoyed in the room. For many, lounging in a hotel room with a cup of coffee is the best way to begin a day. Instead, you have to get dressed and head to the lobby for coffee. Again, just a suggestion!'

'Property was not what the picture showed. Room was not a suite which is what selected. Staff was not professional or in any hotel attire. Rooms were musty, bathroom not cleaned, bar area shutdown, sheets stained and couch stained. Wifi not working adequately. Outside area furniture was not functional or able to sit on.'

'Entrance was dirty as well as the elevators. The room was ran down. Cracks on the walls. Not clean we found hair in the tub. The night stand had sticky residue. They do offer breakfast but I did not go. Would not stay here again.'
