'The bed was VERY comfortable. The firm pillow actually had some substance to it. Everything appeared new and clean. Breakfast was typical. There was little water pressure. The towels were thin and not absorbent. No coffee in room It felt like a stripped down version of the HIE'

'We absolutely loved staying in the Yurt!! It was a fun and unusual place to stay and everything about it was great! We loved the location to the lake. It was very clean and comfortable. We had a trailer with an ATV that we brought for a sporting clays shoot nearby and we were able to park it at the Red Boat Barn and that was very convenient! We look forward to staying here again next year, if it’s available!!! Thanks for everything!!'

'Shady Oaks was wonderful. It was such a cute place! It was very welcoming, clean and comfortable. The fresh flowers on the breakfast table were a beautiful touch. The hosts gave us the perfect “southern hospitality” treatment. Always gave a quick response to any email or text. After long noisy days in the heat and humidity it was a peaceful place to return to and unwind. We were treated to freshly picked blueberries by our hosts, such an unexpected bonus!
