'Overall the property was good. There was some minor damage done by some of the previous guests which made it slightly less than perfect. The furniture on the lower patio was mildewed so we weren't able to use it. Also, we were not allowed to open the garage door which was advertised as something to help bring the outdoors inside. Now for the good - we loved the layout of the house and the location. We will definitely be staying again and do recommend it for others.'

'The guesthouse was perfect fair my husband and myself. It was also in a great location for our plans. We went to the Ryman, then hurricane mills to Loretta Lynn’s ranch. Then to Mt Juliet to visit family and to the Grand Ole Opry. Henry was awesome to communicate with from beginning to end. We even had a chance to meet Henry and Kim. They were lovely people. "Incredibly spacious apartment. Has everything you need and more. Parking was super easy. Uber takes you downtown within 10 minutes and under $10. There is a swimming pool on the property and also some general facilities you can use. The rail tracks will not bother you as the ones right next to the building seem to be inactive. Security is onsite after 6 or so and the area is quiet. There are some rundown buildings close but the area is in development. The Marathon motor building around the corner is a must-visit and you can also get some breakfast from there although choice is not super varied. Two point to consider are: the floors are super noisy. We were on the 3th floor (of 4) and could hear every footstep of our upstairs neighbors. This could get annoying if you are there for long or you have a lot of folks above you. The water pressure in the shower was not great and the shower head was not adjustable. Other than that this had an unbeatable price for what was offered in that location so I would recommended it in a heartbeat (but ask for a 4th floor room)."
