« L'hôtesse d'accueil à notre arrivée a été irrespectueuse et absolument pas aidante, ce qui n'a pas aidé à démarrer de manière positive. Lors de notre séjour, le jacuzzi était en panne et la piscine a été en maintenance une journée complète. Aucun dédommage n'a été proposé, alors que ces deux éléments avaient guidé notre choix pour cet hôtel. Breakfast ran out fast and not refilled- issues with broken pancake machine or not wanting to change batter, no eggs, no variation of items but nice that they try and offer something at this price point. Coffee and tea in lobby was huge help as coffee machine in room was broke. Beds and rooms were redone and comfy. « The staff was amazing. So kind! Loved that there was coffee 24/7 available. The breakfast was really good. Good walking distance to so many good pubs & stores. The room was massive. My one issue was, our bathtub was not cleaned when we got there. Didn’t bother us too much, but it definitely wasn’t cleaned. Everything else was so phenomenal about the staff & property I would not let 1 forgotten bathtub hold anyone back from booking here! »

« There was no mini refrigerator in the room. It was supposed to be a handicapped room. There was one two-foot long handrail outside of the shower. The tub was difficult to step over to get inside. There was no mat or bottom of the shower to prevent slipping and I almost fell while trying to get in even hanging onto the shot rail. The noise was so loud from the equipment room located across from the room that i could still hear it with my noise canceling earplugs in when trying to sleep. The...

« la plupart des chambres sont sans fenêtre extérieur, mais cela, on ne le sait qu'après avoir réservé et sans possibilité d'annuler. La chambre était poussiéreuse, bien sûr sans fenêtre, d'une superficie inférieure à ce qui est annoncé, bref avec un confort plus que médiocre. Le seul élément positif, est le restaurant qui jouxte l'hôtel, qui est lui très bien. La prochaine fois je reviendrai dans ce restaurant mais je ne remettrai plus les pieds dans cet hôtel »

« The hotel was nice. Cindy at the front desk was sweet and polite. My only issue is that there were 5 in our party and Expedia said this room would fit 5. I assumed there would be a pull-out couch for the 5th person but there were only 2 queens. Needless to say, our night was less than comfortable. I think the fault is with Expedia and not the hotel. »

« Unfortunately there was no one on staff for the weekend. That was advertised on the door but not on Expedia nor anywhere on the Aisling's website. It is a long stay place and is in a bit of a rough area. We did not stay so cannot comment on the actual amenities. »

« Odeurs fauves en passant devant la porte de certaines chambres. Dessus de lit et drap troués. J'ai un doute sur le changement des draps entre 2 occupants....Meubles abîmés . Cet établissement sert d'hébergement à de pauvres gens dans une situation précaire. Quasiment rien à manger au petit déjeuner et des gamins qui courent partout. Je ne recommande pas du tout »
