« Only bathroom was on 2nd floor so lots of stair climbing which was not ideal for us. Water pressure in bathroom sink was almost non existent but shower was ok. Bed mattress was very high which made getting in the bed difficult for shorter people. Kitchen did not appear to have any heat in it but based on time of year this was a not a big problem. House did have a gas odor I assume from the fireplace which we never did use »

« This farmhouse was incredible! Clean, quiet, peaceful. The pool area was lovely with a view of farmland, distant green hills. The house was well appointed and fresh flowers, eggs, raw milk and asparagus welcomed us! What a convenient yet tranquil location. The views from the front porch of horses and green pasture were relaxing. I would highly recommend this stay for your next Gettysburg trip! »

« We did not stay after arriving and walking through the place. First, I'm 5'9", and half of the room I couldn't stand up straight in. My wife is 5'1" and could barely stand up straight. The place has an odor, it smelled old. It was over 90° outside when we arrived, and the air was off. It was so hot inside. The "tremendous" bathroom was FAR from tremendous. There was a sink, a toilet that was in the back corner and looked uncomfortable because it was closed on on the sides, and only a stand up...
