'Very noisey people up in the middle of the night talking on second floor outside balcony both nights of our stay The water would trickle only out of sink faucet .The pool was closed and was in the 90s waiting for the city to inspect before opening .It's very busy motel that acomonated the work force.Was a satisfactory stay '

'My first room had a running toilet upon check in that wouldn’t stop and when I tried to call the front desk, I discovered the phone line had been cut from the wall. Reluctantly, I was given a new room. The next morning, the rooms adjacent to my original room, as well as the original, were flooded out and had fans running in them. My room had a table and desk, but no chairs, and the freezer in the mini fridge was almost completely filled with ice, rendering it unusable. Overall, I was...

'Erg vriendelijk personeel. Gebouw is wel wat vervallen en de kamers kunnen wel een opknapbeurt gebruiken. Het ruikt in de kamer ook een beetje muf. De wifi is wel erg goed. Als het regent is er enorm veel herrie dus neem dan je oordoppen mee.'

'I really just came to sleep due to long drive. All the hotels are overpriced and booked because of the data center problem. This one was affordable. Very strange layout but it did the job. Water was hot, fridge was cold, AC worked, and door locked. I would stay again if back in Abilene.'

'Tub didn’t drain. Non functional lamp @ bedside. Vent in bathroom is barely hanging on. Soap tray in shower broken. Door in bathroom has room is hole repair. I had a non-smoking room (as I don’t smoke) my neighbor did! It wasn’t a $100 room.'

'This time the TV was not working the first evening and was not fixed until second day. The sink was stopped up and would not drain. Was not fixed until next day of arrived.'

'Not impressed with the room or amenities for the price. I felt penalized for not being Hilton Member. Was told the reason we were charged $4 for bottled water was because we were not members it would have been free otherwise. Felt forced to use Valet parking. Was given the option to use the back parking lot and when we did, there’s no entrance from the backside of the building. Had to walk all the way around Glad we didn’t use anything else!! Not the way to get someone to become a member!!!Paid...

'I did the toilt flush test and it overflowed. I had to turn the fixture valve off before flooding the floor. After notifying the front desk i requested a refund and went elsewhere. The email notification from the hotel stated i paid cash which i did not. I pid via credit card. So if i don't get refunded I'll be filing a complaint.'

'Clean room'

'You can tell the hotel has been renovated and is going through some changes still. There was a roach in our bathroom when we first got there. There is no pool, it’s been filled in with concrete. There is no workout gym. There is only one iron in the entire hotel - we had an ironing board in our closet but no iron and when I asked the front desk they said another guest had come to get it that morning. The staff wasn’t very friendly or knowledgeable about the hotel amenities.'

'Hotel is in a very good location. Restaurants are very close and Medical is across the street if needed. The staff is very helpful, friendly, Courteous and professional. The Hotel is really neat and has plenty of parking.'

'When we initially walked into the room it looked clean but once we were in there, the pillows had hair and other things on them. The sheets had big stains with more hair and the "clean" towels were also very stained. The doors had gaps in them where you could see a lot of daylight but did lock. We did not stay and found other accommendations.'

'The staff was excellent. The property is brand new and very clean and well maintained and run. The breakfast was very nice. The orange juice machine didn't work, so they were giving out free orange orange juice in bottles to make up for it. They go the extra mile, I couldn't be happier.'
