'terrible'

'This is a very dated hotel that needs some attention. The room I was in, the floor tile was cracked and broke. The bathroom had not been cleaned properly. There were stains in the tub, Mold was on the shower walls. The privacy lock did not work on the door. I definitely do not recommend this hotel to anyone.'

'Very friendly staff! Nice setting with good parking. Quiet and clean.'

'There was a “massage”'

'What an awesome place ! Feels like you’re going back in time with the railroad and plane travel there is a direct link to the past ! The hotel and restaurant were great and a view to the past as well!!'

'Stay away!! It’s under new ownership. The hotel is scary run down and awful. I prepaid a month before my stay I flew in and they said they had no record of me paying or my reservation. I showed them all the proof and they said nope! You have to pay again. I ran, stay away!'

'The site said it had an indoor pool. It had one but it was closed anyway for the season. The rooms had squeaky beds, rusty door handles, and the main door had to be slammed to close. We found long dark hair in the bed sheets, like they weren’t changed. The hot breakfast consisted of a waffle maker only and hard boiled eggs that looked like they were cooked and left there all week. The cold choices were cereal and white bread toast. I would l'

'Very basic room for just staying an overnight or if you're not going to be spending much time in the room. Room was clean the bed was very big and comfortable, we did buy our own towels because not many provided. Staff was very nice, wasn't rowdy overnight and we basically got room for a fishing tournament so we can keep an eye on our stuff. It had a refrigerator and a microwave, although the refrigerator did have mold and we did not use it. It's on the main strip easy to get off and on...

'These folks treat you RIGHT!!! Pleasant Clean, located well with choices to dine! Whenever we travel to Newton, well well stay here. No doubt!! '

'Overall the home was great. It was very clean and suited our needs perfectly. Everyone LOVED the shower. However, the communication with the host was terrible. I had sent a couple of messages leading up to our stay about checking in with no response for 24 hours. We drove over 10 hours to this location so timing and responsiveness was important. I had also inquired about extending our stay and never received a response. This property is a duplex so I was able to book the other unit as it was...
