'They room and hotel were decently clean. The pool seemed a bit to cold for comfort but I suppose that could be personal preference. They overcharged me an extra 25 dollars on top of what my invoice said and the pet fee. 'Room was decent, hotel condition was okay - it was clear work needed to be done in certain areas. I stayed for 4 nights and my room wasn’t serviced once. I used hand soap to shower for 3 of the 4 nights cause I didn’t realize it was available at the front desk (I guess rookie move on me). Through the night there was a loud bang from the wind blowing the broken sign outside. I stayed alone, but wouldn’t feel safe having my family stay there. Staff was friendly, but very low energy. 'Overpriced for what it is. Beware there is no breakfast. Only coffee in the lobby and no half-and-half. There were no USB ports for devices in the room. We were there on a Saturday night and it seemed there were parties taking place on the floor above us. Not a pleasant night sleep. It does have a kitchen. I would recommend this property for a long-term stay. But ask for the top floor.'

'We had a great stay. The staff was kind and helpful. Clean room. Very comfortable beds. Nice shower. Quiet hallways and outside noise was very minimal. We skipped breakfast, but it looked like a good selection of items.'

'The AC was great in the rooms. Comfy beds. Room was tip top shape. There was an AC unit in the kitchen that was not working. Staff was helpful, friendly, courteous, and it was a joy to interact with them. They went out of their way to help. Breakfast included waffles! So of course it's pretty decent. No eggs or sausage, but waffles are always a treat. A good stay at a good price. I will come back.'

'Professional staff, very helpful with holding bags when I arrived way too early connect-in. Property is well situated close to convention facilities, restaurants and the interstate. A great home base when birding in the area. '
