'Loved staying here! Better than the photos.'

'This home has such character and potential. Being built in the early 20th century allows for charm that you cannot find in a modern home these days, including original crown molding and dual staircases. Unfortunately, there are some improvements needed. If you are looking for a place to just sleep, then this is it! The kitchen was very barren, dusty, and things were not set in places that were easy to locate. We had to search for the utensils which were located on an upper shelf in small plastic...

'Barbra was one of the best host I had. We do a lot of traveling. She made our stay welcoming. The house was clean. It had a lot of charm. My wife fell in love with this home. If we are ever in the area we will definitely stay again. Thanks Barbra '

'Worn down and overall not a nice place to stay'

'The room is spacious and neat, and the staff are friendly, so you'll like it all. The kitchen and laundry are so good. '

'We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Communication was top notch, the Loft was awesome . The only thing I would say is if you need entertainment bring a laptop or tablet there are no tv’s in the loft, the WiFi was great though. We needed to be close to the Convention Center and it only took us about 10 minutes to walk there and Reading terminal. I would absolutely stay here again . Much better than a hotel!'

'Everything was clean and comfortable. Our room was exactly as described. We accidentally triggered one of the locks, but the manager was super nice and took care of it promptly. (Thank you!!) I wouldn’t mind staying here again, as it was perfect for our stay in Philadelphia. I would definitely recommend!'
