'Small family of three stayed one night in one of the wagons and it was perfect. The private bathroom was just a few steps away and towells were provided, the beds were super comfortable and no tv made for a peaceful, low-tech evening. One minor concern was the road noise as the canvas wagon cover doesn't do much to mitigate that, but we all slept really well despite the occasional noise.'

'Awesome location in Sandpoint close to all amenities great for walking to the beach. Place was awesome very clean lots of activities to do around the area. Amy was for communication and very responsive. Definitely will use again. '

'We had a fantastic experience staying at this property. Great communication with the owners before and during our stay. The house had everything we needed for our family of 4 (with 2 teenagers). We took advantage of most of the amenities, but there were so many options (hot tub, sauna, grill/smoker/blackstone, outdoor games, private beach, firepit, paddleboards, boat rental, UTV rental, fishing, etc...) that we couldn't get to everything. The topper was the amazing 180-degree views of the lake...

'Rustic, clean with a lovely view. Wood stove was easyto use with firewood supplied. Iron creek cafe great for breakfast only few minutes away. Cabinet Mountain Brewery in Libby good beer and very good food. We did Kootenai Falls, Swinging Bridge, Yak Falls. Cell service was excellent! '

'The stay was amazing the condo was great. Very quiet at night. That was great we needed some piece and quiet a change from where we live. Highly recommend.'

'Location of house was fantastic - we walked to town for everything. The house was a good size for our group and the kitchen was well equipped. AC worked great! Back yard with hot tub was very enjoyable and we loved the huge outdoor table. The upstairs bedrooms don’t have doors or a way to close them off which ended up being ok since our kid ended up with the other room. The next door neighbor did play pretty loud music until late one night …it was a holiday weekend so maybe it was not a typical...

'Stayed with 4 families (8 adults and 8 kids ranging between 10-15) who are all friends from college who have since scattered. House worked very well for our group. We had a ton of fun swimming in the lake along with paddleboarding and kayaking. We rented a boat from Sandpoint and went skiing and tubing one day as well. 'What an absolutely beautiful place to stay! The setting was semi-private, quiet, and incredibly relaxing. The property was thoughtfully stocked with all the amenities we could possibly need, and there was plenty of space for our group of six (2 adults, 2 teens, and 2 children). The kids especially loved the loft area, and we all enjoyed unwinding in the hot tub. Our only (very minor) complaint was the heat—it did get quite warm inside, even with the fans running, but that’s to be expected in...
