« The pool temps were perfect. The kids had so much fun and it was such a relaxing stay. »

« The toilet had a broken part and would run water every 20-30 seconds, the sink was clogged and back up with all sorts of different stuff. It’s right next to a waiting spot for people picking up people from the airport and uber drivers. It seemed very sketchy since I saw cops patrolling almost every night. It obviously under new management or ownership. The cards are old and use magnetic strips, if you keep the key card in your pocket with your phone you’ll need to go back up front to get it...

« Very clean hotel and friendly staff. Rooms were very quiet as well. They provide free drink and appetizer and breakfast tickets. However please note no more cooked eggs at breakfast. »

« The Sparrow is in a great location and is clean and nice. It is a great value. It isn’t luxury but I will stay here again. The bed was so comfy and so were the pillows. I could hear people in the adjoining rooms a few times but overall it was great. »

« No valet parking, and they make you pay to park in the garage a block away! Also, they advertise as a pet friendly hotel but there is not a patch of grass for your pet to potty on within a 3-block radius….Booooo!!!! »

« Notre chambre avait une porte communicant avec la chambre d’à coté , on entendait tous les bruits des voisins. La seconde nuit fut vraiment mauvaise car les clients de la chambre d’à coté ont débarqué à 2h30 en parlant fort et faisant bcp de bruits , ils ont même tenté d’ouvrir la porte communicante. L’ayant signalé à la réception, on nous a proposé en compensation d’ajouter des points à notre compte fidélité . Les points n’ont même pas été crédités . »

« Je recommande. Y compris pour y rester plusieurs jours. Moi je n’étais de passage que pour une nuit mais vraiment bien à tout point de vue. Seul bémol peut être le côté peu chaleureux du personnel à l’accueil. »

« Great place to stay. Nice location was easy to get to and close to some good restaurants. Breakfast was very good with a nice variety of options. Hot tub was nice, although it did bleach out the color of one of my swimsuits. Would definitely stay there again. »
