'Hotel is nice. Will be back. Definitely recommend some updates in the building. Our bathroom had ceiling tiles that were freshly wet I’m assuming from the room above. Beds are fulls not queens as advertised. Could definitely be a great place but needs some updates'

'The rooms were descent and clean enough and no bugs that I saw. I would not use the tea/coffee machine though. Staff were professional and friendly, and the continental breakfast was a very nice touch. Was in the area for the Sci-fi Valley con and the location was near enough to the convention.'

'The pool should just be destroyed! Terrible. You can hear through the walls and floors so get the third floor if you can. Maids so nice though. Breakfast attendants great. Breakfast typical free bfast.'

I spend 300 dollars on a hotel that was super dirty and bathtub did not funtion. I want my money back. Worst hotel ever they won’t give me my money back I spent 300 for one night??? At a motel??? 'Room 229 had a leaking ceiling. You could see the spackle spot from where they tied to fix it better but over night around 1am when someone took a shower on floor 3 the ceiling in the bathroom started to leak. Dripping water into the bathroom light fixture, onto the floor and on the carpet. The staff was nice to move us to room 224, but they really need to figure out what the issue is. 'Where do I start..I booked this room 6 months in advance for a king with a roll in shower (handicap accessible). I show up and there are none available. Then Garrett (who was fabulous!!) tried to get things worked out. Only to find that a desk manager changed our booking ( without our knowledge) to a queen room!! Nope, not for us!!
