« I had a wonderful experience. Kenny was great! Everything went so smoothly. I arrived early and was able to check in. If I had questions Kenny responded with in minutes. There is a canal behind the house and that got me even more excited. I was ready to see some gators. I didn’t see any but I did hear a few loud splashes (as if the gators were coming down their slides into the water. I loved how close nature is to the house. I will be coming down again. When I do I hope this place is available. »

« There was a small issue with the AC that was identified the day before we arrived. The host communicated the issue and the plan for fixing the problem and gave us options to cancel if we desired. We were not able to find any other accommodations last minute. However, the AC was fixed on our second day and did not cause any interruptions to our stay. The host was great about communicating and providing updates. We also got mixed up on the check out time, I thought it was noon, cleaner showed up...

« We chose to stay in Burgaw to save a little money instead of staying in Wilmington during the Fourth of July week. Our daughter had orientation for UNCW which was just 30min away. The house was clean and neat. It was fully stocked. The only thing we missed was a microwave. Also, the water was high in iron but I suspect that’s a regional issue. Great job fixing up this house! »
