'Probably not everyone's cup of tea. Kind of dated inside and a little bare bones. Not very many amenities in the kitchen. Only 1 pod provided for the Keurig ( good thing only one of us drinks coffee!) and 1 roll of TP which barely lasted for the one night we stayed there. Of course there is a grocery store right across the street, but still... The bed was comfy and the shower was very good. Location was right on a fairly busy corner and we were apprehensive of noise but turned out OK. Everything...

'All was well and as expected'

'Great location.'

'What a lovely home! We rented this for a relatives wedding! It was perfect for a one night stay! Clean and comfortable. It is in a great quiet neighborhood. There was some construction, but the owner couldn’t help that. It took a tiny second to reroute and go a different route around the back because gps kept telling me to go the way where the roads were blocked off. Comfortable bed and pull out sofa for the kids! We even left something and the owner met us to get it from them! Such a...

'Great location to walk to downtown Cedar Falls.'

'Nice'

'The location of this VRBO was great, very close to downtown with parking offerred. However the listing makes the space look nicer than it is. There are dishes provided, however just piled in the corner, cheap dishes. No toiletries included. There were also holes in our drywall.'

'The place was nice but only had one towel. The sheets were not clean. The floor was dusty an I smelled like cigarettes. I texted the host twice and they never responded '

'We enjoyed our stay in Cedar Rapids. This Vrbo is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with easy parking. We were close to everything. Check-in was a breeze. Communication with our host was excellent. The kitchen was especially nice. We were there during a warm weekend so we appreciated the AC! Thank you!'

'We had a really great time here at this COZY, but well-appointed Cottage. Everything was there that we required for a GREAT stay. Location is EXCELLENT to all that Cedar Rapids has to offer. Communication with our Host was immediate and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here, thanks to a GREAT place !'

'The property was great. Perfect location. Close to shopping and restaurants. Ideal for a weekend getaway.'

'This property was perfect for our needs. It was a very cozy stay. Everything you need for food or shopping very convenient.'

'Great place to stay if you want a very calm and relaxing place to rest.'

'Very nice, cool, clean with a good location. A little awkward getting in the house due to parking and the steps in would not be good for elderly or handicapped. Very sparse on kitchen equipment-bare minimum. But all in all the beds were nice and shower great.'

'Thank you! It was great. We’ll be back. '
