« We did not receive check in instructions and had very limited cell coverage in order to find contact information for the manager. When we found the address, we were confused as the building is a mixed use type property with businesses and apartments. The sign outside of our address showed that there a was a massage business inside. « Spacious 3 bedroom condo on 3 levels, located in a quiet neighborhood in central Ouray. Feels very safe. The views are unmatchable. Unlimited outdoor activities are nearby including Ouray hot springs. Amenities were excellent, nothing lacking. The property manager was exceptional when responding to a locked door problem. She took immediate action. I couldn’t fit my pickup in the garage as the owner was using more than half the depth of the garage for storage. We wish there were grab handles in...

« We had an amazing stay at Lumberyard condos! The sunsets and sunrises were spectacular from the deck where we enjoyed coffee in the morning and playing cards with family in the evening. The sound of the river added to the peaceful atmosphere. The town is super quaint, and we loved being able to walk to two nearby waterfalls, shops and restaurants. Highly recommend, we will be back for sure! Cam and Emily were super responsive hosts, thank you! »

Mark and Sai take excellent care of this property and there have been several new additions since our last visit.
