« Propre, bien équipé,confortable »

« Breakfast was only ok. I wanted oatmeal but no microwave to cook it. I could only mix hot water to it. Some kids made a waffle but it stuck to the top and bottom of the waffle maker. I know they had waited for it to go off as though it was done but apparently it wasn’t done. »

« This hotel services a small country village somewhat off the beaten path and as such does not have all the facilities of a major hotel. There are just a handful of guest rooms, all on a second floor walk up with no lobby. Check-in is done automatically/remotely. Still, it is a very serviceable and pleasant location to stay at when visiting the immediate area. The only request we would make would be to add a blow dryer to the bathroom amenities. »

« This place was perfect for us! We were attending a wedding in Medina and there were no affordable options there. We saw that Graystone Manor was only 15 minutes away from the wedding were attending. Jeremy is a fantastic communicator. The place was clean and pristine ! We had such a peaceful and comfortable experience. . Wonderful! »

« The room was definitely neglected, bugs that were dead in plain sight and not picked up, room service never cleaned any messes, not to mention they just walk in without knocking, just made the beds and took care of the trash can, not the actual trash that was put aside for them, also found a coke baggy in between the couch cushions of the pullout couch, the power also went out, after talking to the manager about what had happened, he said “well what do you want me to do about it?” So then I had...

« Perfect! Great spot near the lake and close enough to ride the Erie Canal trail. Kayaking the river and nearby Lake Alice were both very nice. Short drive to three state parks. The house was wonderful. Would definitely go again. »

« We had a wonderful time, the host was very helpful and friendly. The view of the Lake was beautiful and the many visits to the Golden State Park and Marina were enjoyed by myself and the dogs. We also visited the Yates Town Park which was just down the road a short drive. My husband and son went fishing and came back to a warm and cozy cottage! We loved it!!! »
