'The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Bed were comfortable and room was all around welcoming. The staff was very nice - Lisa handled my lost items with care and patience to get them returned to me. Linda was very understanding and helpful with check-out with my very demanding Mayo Clinic schedule. The staff was very supportive. Will definitely be staying here for future Mayo Clinic appointments.'

'Nice, older property. Well landscaped with lovely lobby area. Good restaurant attached provided convenience and good food/service. Front desk staff warm and welcoming. Parking very convenient and free. Pool was nice but pool area needs painting. Rooms clean and comfortable but in need of refresh. Same for hallways and elevators. Well-located for access to Mayo and free on-demand shuttle a bonus. Definitely good value for price and a nice place to stay. Will choose again if price stays good.'

'The room was great in every way. We would definitely stay here again. The only reasons I rated it a 4 instead of a 5 is, I would have liked the breakfast buffet to not run out of eggs with an hour left and I’d like the elevator to be cleaner.'

'Love how when I got there? I barely walked in the door and was greeted the accommodations that they had for me. And my family without us, even asking the cleanliness of the rooms and the friendliness of the staff and the cleaning staff. I would highly recommend and if I need to I will make a return.'

'We were very pleased with our stay during Graduation Weekend. The hotel was conveniently located close to our family, and it was an easy walk to the Civic Center in Rochester. We appreciated the variety of nearby restaurants and found the parking fee to be quite reasonable. Overall, it was a great experience and a perfect location for our visit.'
