'The reception room worked well for our event, but the rest of the hotel was in noticeable need of maintenance and updating. Dirty hallways, ceiling leaks that created puddles during the rain, and a generally run-down appearance left a poor impression. Unfortunately, several of our guests chose not to stay overnight because of the condition of the property. The overall condition of the hotel was disappointing. 'Thank you for not having Karaoke on Sat. night in the bar. It was MUCH quieter in our handicapped room near the bar than the last time we stayed here. Our room was nice and clean, too. We didn’t partake of the free breakfast so I don't have an opinion on the food. Always available coffee is really nice!'

'We stay here annually for an event and always enjoy our stay. Bathroom this time wasn’t as clean as it normally is. Otherwise great stay!'

'Im not sure where the pictures came from but this place was gross. The smell is the first thing youll notice. Filth covered by chemical stench. Cigarettes burns on comforter is a nice touch. I showed up at the office was closed at 9:30..Its was dark..I had to ring a bell outside to get someone. I was coming through after driving all day and that was annoying. Got to my room to find the pit of stench. Slept in a sleeping bag on the nasty bed. It looks nice from outside though. '

'The house was perfect for our family. It was clean and plenty of kitchen items to make Christmas dinner and bake with. Dawn was very attentive to our needs and responded very quickly to both our emails and texts.'

'We came to Pick City to do some spearing. House was perfect, amenities were great. We all loved it. Close to gas, groceries and bar & grill they were all within walking distance. Host was very helpful and got back to me right away. Definitely would be back again. '

'Everything was lovely. Quiet and peaceful. Central location to everything you could possibly need. We did miss our king beds most. But the queen beds were very very comfortable. Gabby was always available to answer any questions. '

'AWESOME! Well done property! Nicely refinished house on large semi-rural lot! Clean and uncluttered. Nice, relaxed, and homey feel.Abundant wildlife to watch from the enclosed back deck overlooking the pond. Turkey, geese, many different ducks, momma duck and babies, an assortment of birds, rabbits, pheasants, deer, and a muskrat gathering sticks for hut building.All of that said, bring binoculars if you have them! So much to see!'
