'Beautiful location with lots to do, great vacation spot. It may be my favorite beach town in Michigan so far. They have the nicest staff and make everyone feel very welcome and appreciated. Holiday inn express always has a high standard of cleanliness and comfortable beds.'

'We had a great a experience traveling with a great dane is not easy, but this place was very accomidating. Especially our dog who is afraid of everything. The rooms were super quiet so he didn't feel so nervous. '

'Cabins are clean outdated appliances moldy shower Curtain but for the price we payed and just basically to sleep in it was worth it. Could use some ground work and pick up broken chairs and old fire grills outside. Update the patio sets and you’re good. Your right in the lake wake up and swim it is a beautiful spot. '

'Cabins were clean and cozy. Everything we needed. LARGER people would have trouble in the shower and getting to the toilet, very tight spaces. Kids loved the beach. '

'Very clean. Cozy cabin experience. Nights got a little cold, wish there was a thermostat for heat control. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay. Definitely will return.'

'Clean and comfortable. Everything was included in the kitchen for cooking/eating. We stayed when it was very cold out so we couldn’t enjoy the beach but it is beautiful here. '

'You could tell how much time and effort they put into this cabin by how beautiful and clean it was! We spent our day at the beach and came back to a beautiful cabin to shower, rest and watch tv in. Right across from the damn store and close to downtown Oscoda. They even had a nice charcoal grill and fire pit on the property that we used. We will be back! '

'We stay here every year for the weekend after the Ausable Canoe Marathon. The cabin is clean with cute decor. Right on the water! Beautiful beach. The kids love it. Hidden gem '

'The Sanctuary was great. It is the second time we stayed there and will be back. Good communication with the host. The place was clean and has everything we needed. It is so peaceful there, we did not want to leave. There were deer and turkey walking around the property.'
