'The bedroom was so spacious and the staff was so sweet'

'The room was very nice. Big, full fridge. Stove top, although it didnt work. Microwave worked good. We loved the room. The lack of staff was disheartening. Check in after 5pm was horrible with the video check in. The video quality was absolutely ridiculous. Couldn't hear anything. Kept having to ask the person to repeat themselves, and he wasnt nice about it. That alone made us not want to do this place again'
