« Quiet street, tree line neighborhood. A very short walk to one of the brackish water inlets. For years, we’ve stayed “on the beach“ in a high-rise condo, but in the last couple of years we like, staying close to the back bay and do some fishing. This place was perfect for that. Three bedroom, two full bags, updated kitchen. Wi-Fi and washer and dryer. Everything was great. We will be back for sure and I definitely recommend trying this place if you’re not trying to stay on the water. »

« Cute house and we enjoyed our stay. Only issue we had was checking in. The directions from the VRBO app kept sending us to a street several blocks away. We drove around for an hour trying to locate property. When I would click contact host, it would not pull up anything to locate them. Finally, the app started to work and I was able to speak directly with host and he got us to the home within 5 minutes of speaking to him. Everything after that went smooth. « Great spot right off the Bay bridge to get you quickly to Gulf Breeze and Pensacola beach! Also just minutes away from Palafox St. and downtown dining. Highly recommended and one I plan to re-book next year! »

« Excellent side view of beach. Very spacious and clean. Only downfall, sectional does not open up as a sleeper so my girls had to sleep on different areas of the sofa which was fine for them but can be a little misleading for some. »
