'Shower flooded during stay. Maintenance never came back to fix it. Couldn't get a shower before having to drive 8 hrs home. Was told credits could only be given through the 3rd party company that we booked through and not directly from the hotel. Disappointing because we always stay here. Staff is willing to help however it took an hour to get bath towels to the room.'

'The room was mostly clean but the repairs to the room were bad. They used the cheapest contractors. They didn't even have the grass cut. The door lock are horribly done, yeah can't make this up.'

'Such a nice simple, clean cabin. Did see a roach in the kitchen but it is in the woods so pretty expected. The screened in porch was nice.
