« Excellent location, nice accommodations, private yard, great communication. »

« Had no problems. The bottom rack and drip pan on the toaster oven needed cleaned and the counter top had coffee grounds on it. No hot water in kitchen sink. Those were our only issues. They allowed us to check in early as we got into town ahead of schedule. We would stay at this property again. »

« Loved our stay! Perfect spot for our destination and many available options for eating and such. The unit was very clean and parking was not a problem. AC was a little too cold during the early part of night. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a better place to stay VS a Hotel. »

« This home is absolutely beautiful! It is conveniently close to the Denver Airport (about 20 minutes) and not far from shops! This was my first time in Colorado (visiting family near Boulder), and my stay couldn't have been better! There is a resident rabbit that hops around the yard, which was a treat to see. My family named it cupcake :) »

« Wonderful, quiet, older neighborhood and our party of 4 enjoyed our stay. The Pulpit Rock Park was lovely, though we didn't get very far after stopping to watch the local wildlife just in the nearby yards - rabbits, squirrels (of course), birds and a small herd of mule deer bucks browsing in someone's landscaping. Kitchen had the essentials (though could use some better lighting and outlets). Games and books available to entertain guests in the comfortable living room space. Would certainly stay...
