« What was unique about the property?It had a hot tub and that’s why I booked it…what was also unique about the property is it had a camera above the hot tub that was not disclosed the owners tried to play it off as saying they turn it off when you get there the whole time I was creeped out and felt like I was being watched. « Communication was proactive and showed a genuine concern for our comfort during our stay. There was an error in double booking on the property’s end and they made extra accommodations for us and went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. Hosts were incredibly responsive to the one Miner issue that we had and showed up in person to address it within minutes.
