But for those renting one side, it would work out just as well. The family room is located on the lowest level of each cabin but works out just as well. « We rented this cabin last minute after being unable to access our original booking due to ice/snow, and we were not at all disappointed! This cabin was beautifully decorated, cozy/comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect! Easy access even with the snow and ice and within walking distance of both downtown Boone and a park to walk our dogs. Kelly was a great host and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. »

« I had such a wonderful time here, enjoying the peaceful river view and sunrise over the mountains each morning! The tiny house was great, very cozy and had everything I needed for an extended stay. I had a few friends stay with me some nights and we were comfortable, though it would be tight for more than 2 people for a longer stay. The farm stand down the road was a great find too, as was Todd Mercantile. I would happily stay here again! »
