« We had a great stay at this basement-level unit in Laramie! Two comfortable bedrooms, one bathroom, and a cozy living room with every streaming service you could want. The kitchen was full and well-equipped, making it easy to cook during our stay.The location was super convenient, and the neighborhood was very quiet and cute. The owner lives upstairs and was incredibly kind and welcoming — always available but never intrusive. Would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend! »

« Clean, clear communication, great location to campus. Nice to have parking off the street too. The only minor thing that I would note is that the walls are thin and if other guests are staying upstairs you will basically hear everything. Lol not something I took into account having not stayed in any type of apartment for years. It stayed nice and cool though, which is a huge bonus in Laramie's hot summers where most places do not have A/C. I would recommend and likely stay again if ever I'm back...

« We stayed for a long weekend and had a great experience with this house! Very clean and spacious, the AC units were a great addition, and the host was very welcoming and helpful! The only downside is that parking is rather limited in the one driveway when there are also guests in the basement rental, but the street parking is open on weekends! Very easy to work around this issue, overall we had a fantastic stay! »

« This place has a ton of potential, and the owner is a super nice guy. The house is old, and it's age shows. When we stayed, the owner was in the process of making some improvements, which honestly need to be made. He was painting the exterior and fixing up the yard, but got derailed by a very invasive construction project, which should very soon be finished. He also mentioned that he was planning to get new carpet, which I was glad to hear, because the carpet is definitely showing its age. The...
