'First - these folks are so nice, and the location right outside the Great Sand Dunes National Park can't be beat. The full fridge and freezer worked well, and the mini kitchenette would be nice if we stayed longer (my roomie noticed skillets, no saucepan, and one knife, so limited equipment). Het ontbijt is dramatisch: heel beperkte keuze, de meeste producten zijn synthetisch, bijvoorbeeld sinaasappelsap, vlees en eieren, en zien er niet lekker uit. 'Nice place'

'Just camp somewhere, you will be better off. Staying here was disgusting, the ceiling was peeling off, the bathroom had little animals coming out of drainage. Bedroom sheets were staying not to mention the horrible smell of the room. This is not a 3 start hotel if you will even call it that. Stay away and save your money.'
