« My three sisters and I rented this home for 4 nights. Our stay at this beautiful historic home was absolutely wonderful! The house is full of charm and character while still offering all the modern comforts we needed. It was clear that the owners have taken great care to preserve the home's history while keeping it clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Every room had thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home, and the home was spotless when we arrived. If you're looking for a place with...

« A phenomenal stay. Great atmosphere; a truly unique experience with the artwork as well as tongue-in-cheek names for the spaces. By far our favorite spot during our week-long travels across Missouri. Great location. An amazing house - a historic home in every sense of the word; and the best value of any place we stayed. Coupled with exceptional places to eat or have a drink within walking distance, and even more within a 2-mile drive, staying at the Big House made Jefferson City our...

« Check in was easy, the beds were comfortable, and there was good off street parking. It's a fine choice if there are three or fewer people in your group and you don't want to go with a hotel. Some things I wish I had realized ahead of time: There are only three comfortable places to sit in the living room, a loveseat and an armchair. « Fun little place right on the Katy Trail. Hosts were very responsive, and we enjoyed our stay. Know two things: 1) bathroom is in a separate building next door; 2) food choices, especially before the weekend, are almost non existent. But that's not the owners fault-they provided a great place to stay and we will do so again next time we are on the Katy. Thanks! »

« This cabin is beautiful! Very well kept up, generous space, great location in Linn and the hosts were very responsive! We will definitely stay again when visiting family! »

« The house was warm & cozy, bed super comfortable. Very cute historic home, we enjoyed our stay! »

« Great location. Very responsive and accommodating host. Comfortable home.We were in town with our elderly father for an event in Fulton. This location was perfect because it was all first-floor living with a no-step entry and close to everything. 20 minutes to Fulton. 10 minutes to Jefferson City. 45 minutes to Lake Ozark. I would recommend this property to anyone coming to the area. »

« Best little wilderness stay I think I've ever had.....secluded from traffic....no city noise....host were very kind and sociable....planning on going there again and again »

« Easy to find and very clean and comfortable for a quick stay at the lake! »
