'The property was beautiful and all of the reception staff was amazing. They were the best part!! I really wanted to love this place because it was so beautiful, but too much went wrong. Beware of booking an economy room as that was the excuse for anything wrong. Our first room, 105, had issues. The bathroom was not cleaned as there was a bunch of hair in the sink as well as very moldy caulk and wrappers/debris in the shower. Housekeeping came to clean it up but afterwards the cleaner...

'Renting out the conference room for a quinceañera is not the best choice for the hotel. The music was VERY loud until midnight and I was unable to sleep. I’m sure the hotel pissed off a lot of people on the first floor which includes me. Lack of sleep + having to get up very early for my ride to Costa Rica = a very dissatisfied customer.'

'We had a nice stay in this hotel. The location in the middle of the coffee fields was unique. Although the service in the restaurant was a bit slow we were served fantastic food. The tenderloin steak was the best. Beatifully appointed large rooms, enough to sleep the four of us. We would have loved to join the coffee tour but apparently the last one leaves at 14.00 hrs. All in all we would definitely stay here again.'
