« Apartment with 2 bedrooms was just okay. When we arrived, the light in the main living area didn’t work, we had no cooking pots, the TV wasn’t connected to the internet, and the bathroom sink only had super hot water. After complaining, we moved to a new unit after 2 nights which was in much better shape. Free laundry in building but the basement smelled terrible. »

« There was just enough parking, the instructions on how to enter the property was simple & accurate. The room was perfect for an overnight stop, bed clothing was fresh & clean. The shower was on the small size (I’m Big) other than that great. »

« We truly enjoyed our stay The room was very clean, however the mattress was not so comfortable and the pillows were very flimsy. The room we stayed in was right next to the doors for the stairs so we heard the doors slamming quite often, perhaps a soft close door could solve this problem. Other than this the hotel is very well kept and in a wonderful location mins from the City Centre, without all the noise. « Cheap, location was okay if you have car. Good setup, but bathroom you have to walk through a bedroom. Perfect though and seamless check in »

« Clean room, lovely staff, great location for getting to Download festival. Really good value for money. A few things to note - the reception is located in a different area of the campus to the accommodation. For the reception you want to navigate to the South entrance on Landcroft Lane and then take the first left.
