'We had a fantastic stay and many of the party enjoyed the air conditioned bedrooms!! Very well equipped kitchen - with everything we needed to cook at home and a great recommendation for a local restaurant (chez Fernandez)we we certainly didn’t go hungry . Severine and Yannis were amazing hosts ( especially when one of our party needed a doctor ) helpful and friendly. Pool was great although not easy to get out of for those with limited mobility. Christian was really helpful and quick to respond to any questions, including introduction to chef Alain. Rafting near Foix recommended and a trip to Mirepoix market and the Carcassonne light show. 'We received a comprehensive tour upon arrival. We also received helpful tips about the surrounding area. The heated pool with pool house and hammock was a real treat. There were also plenty of games available, both for the pool and the garden. '
