'Leuke plek, veel activiteiten en aardig personeel. Maar erg slecht schoongemaakt. Het huis stonk naar natte hond. En inchecken vanaf 17uur. Om 18uur ingecheckt en het huis was nog niet klaar. 1930 sleutel opgehaald en in een vies huisje terrecht gekomen. Hondenharen overal, plakkerige handgrepen. En ontlasting van de vorige bezoekers aan de toiletborstel. Erg jammer!'

'The cottage is very cute. The layout was very good and there was enough room for all six of us. The view was incredible and we never got tired of watching the lake through the large windows! The sauna was comfortable and the teenagers loved heating it and then swimming in the lake. The bonus point was that there was a cafe by the water and some restaurants at the hotel - all at the short walking distance. The place surpassed all my expectations.'

'We had a wonderful stay here during a Finnish heatwave. It's a beautiful residence which was the home of a famous Finnish author, and is quite charming in its authenticity and spacious nature. "Goede locatie. We hadden 1 van de betere kamers, kamer 42. Deze was schoon en ruim van opzet en op de bovenste etage. Geen koffie of thee faciliteiten op de kamer. Kamer was vrij gedateerd qua meubilair. Bed was comfortabel. Ontbijt was uitgebreid genoeg qua opties en verder prima. Alleen filterkoffie bij het ontbijt. Groot negatief punt was dat ze ‘s nachts de airco uitschakelen. Overdag deden we deze niet aan maar de kamer werd vrij warm door de zonnige ligging. Die warmte krijg je er vervolgens niet meer uit, ondanks dat we de deur en ramen open hadden in de nacht. Door de warmte sliepen we niet heel goed. In de ochtend, wanneer het personeel zelf weer moest werken, werd de airco weer ingeschakeld. Dit vond ik wel echt een negatief punt. "
