'This self-acclaimed hotel closed a year ago in a totally run-down state. Some four months ago it was bought by a new (US citizen) owner who is trying to rebuild the place. Currently there is one room that looks quite okay, however there is no reception, no personnel apart from a local housekeeper. The problem starts with the entrance. 'A very pleasant and relaxing stay within the city, yet with a countryside atmosphere surrounded by nature. The management was very friendly and easy to communicate with. I give the accommodation and management a 10 out of 10! Highly recommended.'

'The house is very clean and has a lot of space. The bathrooms are large, and the mattresses are very comfortable. I really loved the house overall. However, there were a few issues. The listing mentioned a washer and dryer, but it did not specify that there is an extra $10 per day fee to use them. Also, on the day of check-out, there was no water in the house because the tank was empty. The host did offer some alternatives, but it was still very inconvenient. 'El lugar nos parecio excelente, solo que algunos detalles en la infraestructura, pero no es nada que no se pueda arreglar, tambien un poco mas de señalizacion del lugar como algun rotulo. Para ubicarse mas rapido.'
