'Everything was lovely except walked into a room that literally smelt like a cigar had just been smoked in there. Stayed the the whole time we were there. Not offered any room change so that’s why it gets a 2 out of 5'

'It was up a mountain and so quite! The owner is a very friendly man and is eager to accomodate your wishes. Very good and friendly communication and reception. Although the room and chalet are authentic, the bed slept fine. And if you want a massage there! He is a licenced massage therapist! So relaxed! Can recommend!'

'Het was netjes, goed opgeruimd. Wel stof op bv. de spiegelranden en andere onopvallende randen. Maar heerlijke douche, goed bed, leuk keukentje ( alleen geen afzuiger. dus echt koken is de vraag) Fijne grote koelkast!! Enigste echte punt was de warme droge lucht. Gelukkig kon het raam goed open, danzij de mooie buitenluxaflexen. Wastafel was verstopt. Maar dat hebben we zelf beetje opgelost en medegedeeld. Verder prima parkeergarage. Fijne broidjeswinkel eronder. Koffie en thee op eerste...

'The location was fantastic, only a few minutes from the train station. Surprisingly quiet with my window directly facing the train tracks. It was very clean, quiet and well kept. Automated check in was great and I never needed to contact the staff, other than to get my Ticino Ticket emailed to me. Make sure to use the Ticino discount Ticket at almost any attraction, and all public transit in the Canton. Big news for cat lovers, there is a shy but friendly long hair tabby in the area that wonders...
