Se supone que hoteles.com debe apoyar pero ni siquiera ellos te ayudan, no hay claramente nada seguro. No gasten su dinero. Cuando les pides contactarse nunca responden. La peor experiencia de mi vida.'

'The title suggests a hotel. It is not. It is a single rental in a residential apartment. That means no staff except an over-worked and confused front desk guard. And you make all the residents uncomfortable. I sometimes do stay in such arrangements buildings. This time I was exhausted and wanted a hotel and found myself dealing with a blizzard of weird rules and a confusing separate check in system. Room itself is a little depressing, but the rooftop is nice. The spa facilities are nice but time...
