'The area of the property is amazing. We stayed the night. Food tasted good and good portion. As for amenities you need to tell them before to use them, also needs attention to details and some up keep, the door to our room didn't lock for example.'

'La hacienda es muy Hermosa!!! El contacto con la naturalesa nos encanto a toda mi familia. Su comida era organica y de primera. Un lugar muy acogedor. Sus habitaciones iban a la tematica del lugar y por la Noche se puede ver una magestuosa Luna, muy iluminante. RECOMENDADA !! Gracias a sus Anfitriones muy amables y atentos. 'Be sure to confirm reservations - there was some confusion about ours. The owner does not speak English so communicate through Expedia. The hot water was not working (was fixed eventually) and the place was a bit difficult to find. However, it was clean and comfortable - there was even a hot tub with jets in the bathroom. The owner tried very hard to help us. I would recommend staying, just keep the above in mind.'

'We booked a private room for 1 night, weeks in advance. We arrived at 1700 to an empty front desk and other travelers also waiting to check-in. We were told that rooms needed to be cleaned and we could wait. This wasn’t a big deal as we sat in the dining area. 'Amazing history, everywhere you walk. Smelt good despite everything being old so appreciated! Not really established as a hotel though more a monastery maybe. Place was cold. Had to ask for fireplace to be made up. No heating anywhere else in the hotel. No ambiance, dead quiet everywhere. One friendly receptionist / manager, everyone else seemed impossible to get hold of.
